Project Manager – Facade Remediation & Building Safety £75,000 - £90,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package London Region A market-leading Principal Contractor specialising in façade remediation and building safety projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of major remediation schemes across London. With a turnover approaching £100m and a substantial secured workload extending through 2027 and beyond, this business continues to be one of the most respected names within the remediation sector. Operating through four regional offices nationwide, the company delivers complex remediation projects ranging from £1m to £20m on occupied residential buildings, supported by a highly structured internal team covering Design, Pre-Construction, Commercial and Operations. The Role You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring successful delivery against programme, budget, quality and client expectations. Responsibilities include: * Managing projects through pre-construction, delivery and completion * Client-facing project leadership and stakeholder management * Programming and project planning * Coordinating internal design, commercial and operational teams * Managing Site Managers, QA Managers and project delivery teams * Monitoring project performance, risk and compliance * Ensuring quality and building safety standards are maintained throughout delivery * Reporting on programme, commercial performance and project milestones What We're Looking For * Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or remediation sectors * Experience delivering façade remediation, external envelope, cladding, roofing or major refurbishment projects * Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills * Excellent planning, programming and organisational abilities * Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery processes * Experience managing multiple workstreams and site teams Essential Qualifications * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Relevant Construction NVQ Benefits * £75,000 - £90,000 basic salary * 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays * Private Medical Insurance * Company Pension Scheme * Life Assurance * Employee Assistance Programme * Paid Travel * Cycle to Work Scheme * Free Eye Tests * Employee Referral Programme This is an outstanding opportunity to join a recognised market leader with a robust order book, excellent systems and processes, and a proven track record of developing and promoting talent from within.
