Sheet Metal Fabricator

Bridge Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a busy and growing engineering team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity to work on interesting and varied engineering projects using modern equipment within a well-established workshop environment. Training will be provided for the CNC Brake Press where required. Skills & Experience Required To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Relevant workshop experience, ideally within a precision sheet metal or plate environment working to tight tolerances Ability to read and interpret technical drawings General engineering workshop knowledge Experience working with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel CNC Brake Press experience desirable (training provided) TIG and MIG welding experience advantageous Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ideally time served Salary & Benefits Competitive pay: up to £18 per hour Training and development provided Modern equipment and excellent staff facilities Interesting and varied project work Overtime available paid at time and a half Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00 Friday: 07:30 - 14:00 Annual Leave 20 days holiday during the first year of service Increasing to 25 days thereafter Bank holidays in additionApply today
