Gold Card Electrician

Salary: £45,000 per annum Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Location: West London Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and qualified Gold Card Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical testing, inspection, remedial works, and PAT testing across residential social housing properties. Key Responsibilities * Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). * Carry out electrical testing and inspections in occupied and void properties. * Complete remedial works arising from inspection reports. * Undertake Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). * Perform maintenance and repair work within communal areas. * Ensure all works are completed in accordance with current BS7671 regulations. * Accurately complete certification and compliance documentation. * Deliver high standards of customer service while working in residents' homes and communal environments. * Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and stock levels. Requirements Essential * ECS Gold Card Electrician. * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent). * Full UK Driving Licence. * Experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works. * Strong knowledge of electrical compliance and safety regulations. Desirable * Experience working within social housing or property maintenance. * Previous experience carrying out PAT testing. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
