Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term commercial project in Lincoln. This role involves overseeing mechanical installations on a live site, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise mechanical installation teams, including subcontractors * Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures * Monitor installation quality and adherence to project specifications * Coordinate with electrical and other trade supervisors * Manage daily site activities and ensure programme targets are met * Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site Requirements: * Proven experience in mechanical supervision within commercial construction * Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework, and mechanical systems * Experience working in live environments * Relevant CSCS/Skill card * Enhanced DBS required * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams To Apply Please send up to date Cv for Mechanical Supervisor position
