What’s In It for You * Healthy work–life balance * Free storage unit for you or an immediate family member * 28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays * Free on‑site parking * Employee recognition programmes * £250 referral reward when you recommend new colleagues Key Responsibilities * Provide expert advice and support on complex HR matters * Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance cases * Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures * Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee records * Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with organisational strategy * Analyse and report on HR metrics to support informed business decisions * Contribute to senior‑level HR strategy discussions and implementation plans What We’re Looking For * A minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, including people or HR management responsibility * Experience working within an organisation of 50+ employees * CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or currently working towards) * Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulatory changes * High levels of discretion with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred) Our client Why you should join our client, their people are at the heart of our success.
