Dementia Care ManagerFull-time, permanent£SurreyAre you ready to lead person-centred dementia care?We are looking for an experienced Dementia Care Manager to oversee and enhance high-quality, person-led dementia care within a specialist care setting. You will lead a compassionate team, ensuring residents’ emotional, social, and clinical needs are at the heart of everything you do.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotionally intelligent, compassionate leadership, modelling person-centred care.
  • Embed dementia care principles into daily practice, ensuring residents’ needs guide routines and service delivery.
  • Support staff development, training, and reflective practice to sustain a skilled, empowered team.
  • Monitor quality and outcomes, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Chair team meetings, coordinate action plans, and deputise in the absence of the senior manager.
Person Specification:
  • Dependable, compassionate, and empathetic, with excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience in dementia care and managing care teams.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required.
