This is a varied, hands-on role combining front-of-house service, facilities coordination, administration, and light maintenance support , ensuring a seamless workplace experience for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities Front of House & Workplace Services Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for all visitors and staff Manage meeting room bookings, setups, and daily readiness Handle visitor registration, inductions, and access coordination Act as the main point of contact for workplace and facilities-related queries Facilities & Operational Support Coordinate day-to-day facilities services including cleaning, maintenance, and security Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure high service standards Conduct regular floor walks to maintain presentation and identify issues Support office moves, workspace changes, and internal events Administration & Reporting Manage helpdesk requests and log issues through internal systems Produce daily/weekly reports on facilities activity and service delivery Maintain records for compliance, audits, xwzovoh and contractor performance Monitor stock levels for office supplies and consumables Minor Maintenance / Handyman Duties Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, furniture adjustments, and equipment checks Assist with small fix-it tasks (e.g.
replacing bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor plumbing blockages where appropriate) Escalate larger maintenance issues to specialist contractors
