Client Details A company within the retail industry, located in Kirkcaldy/Dunfermline Description Manage and update sales records and databases accurately. Prepare and process sales orders and invoices. Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely manner. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Assist with scheduling and organising meetings and appointments. Maintain and manage office supplies and resources for the sales department. Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.Profile A successful Sales Administrator (Temp) should have: Previous experience in an administrative or support role in a similar setting.
