MAIN DUTIES * Produce all Bill of Quantities * Prepare and send Instructions to Tender * Produce bid evaluations and technical alignments for all subcontractor quotes * Produce tender return proposals SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Excellent knowledge and experience of Construction projects £25m+ * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organisational/time management skills * Ability to work to own initiative and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving ability * Excellent IT Skills * Hard working and ambitious * Degree qualified or equivalent experience Please contact Steve Lee on Mobile: (phone number removed) or Email:(url removed) to discuss in more detail
