They specialise in providing hands-on financial and commercial expertise during periods of change, including transactions, transformation, and performance improvement initiatives. They are seeking commercially minded and technically capable professionals with the credibility and communication skills to thrive in client-facing roles. They hire a range of profiles including: ACA's coming from Top 15 firms with Audit or Accounting experience, industry trained ACCA/CIMA's with an FP&A / modelling background, those who have finished a graduate rotational scheme, and candidates with M&A / TS backgrounds.Your new roleAs a Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact client engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders across a variety of projects. You will typically be involved in multiple assignments, supporting both strategic and operational finance initiatives. Key responsibilities include:Supporting the delivery of client projects across transactions, financial modelling, and business transformationProducing high-quality financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting insightsAssisting with commercial initiatives such as cost optimisation and performance improvementBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing engagementsContributing to project delivery from planning through to executionWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified accountant with experience gained in practice, advisory or industry.
