About the role
EA-RS Group is looking for a Project Manager to oversee Sprinkler Installations across London and Southeast. You will be managing Commercial Install Projects ranging from £5k to £2m. This is a field-based role with regular travel to the office in St Albans.

What We're Looking For:
* To Deliver Projects to a high standard, on time and within budget
* To ensure ‘Great’ Customer satisfaction, by exceeding delivery expectations, maintaining close customer contact, thus promoting us as a supplier of choice
* To own & effectively control all allocated projects
* To provide clear & detailed project planning, communication, execution and reporting, administratively and on site
* CSCS Card and SSSTS/SMSTS.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage Fire Sprinkler installation projects from award through to completion.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain project programmes, monitoring progress against key milestones.
* Manage project costs, variations, valuations, and commercial performance.
* Conduct site visits and attend client, contractor, and progress meetings.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company procedures.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners.
* Support health and safety compliance across all project activities.
* Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
