Maintenance Team Leader

Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader! You will be responsible for making sure all maintenance work is planned and completed safely and on time. You will also support your team, help solve problems and work with other departments to keep the site running smoothly. Maintenance Team Leader £38,500 - £46,00 Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday. Permanent Camberley Maintenance Team Leader Job Description Plan and prioritise preventative, reactive and improvement maintenance activities across the site. Own the PPM programme, ensuring timely and effective completion. Lead and develop a team of three Maintenance Technicians, setting clear objectives and priorities. Manage performance, attendance, development and training. Build effective relationships with Production, Engineering, Facilities and Senior Management.
