Medical Administrator

Location: Bangor Hospital Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week Pay: £14ph Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 weeks initially with potential for longer term opportunities We are currently recruiting for a Patient Booker to join our client's team in Bangor. This role plays an important part in supporting clinical services and ensuring patients receive a smooth and well‑organised experience. What you'll be doing; Reviewing patient referrals to assess suitability for clinical units Booking appointments and ensuring patients have all relevant information and medications Sending follow‑up correspondence to keep patients informed Managing appointment changes and cancellations professionally and efficiently Maintaining accurate patient correspondence and contact records in line with procedures Skills and experience; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced working environment Ability to hit the ground running, working well in a team and as an individual Previous experience in medical patient appointment booking advantageous Please apply directly to the advert for immediate consideration.
