Reference: KSJ921956351_1788530034Clinical Negligence - WarwickshireLeading Warwickshire firm has a vacancy for a clinical negligence solicitor / CILEx to join their Coventry team.Applications welcome from solicitors at all levels and you will responsibilities will include:Dealing with misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims, surgical negligence claims, birth injury claims, dental negligence claims and delayed treatmentHandling new and existing clinical negligence claims, including litigated mattersAttending Court hearingsLiaising with Barristers, medical experts and other professionalsPreparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions and schedulesValuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiationsYou will work as part of a team and ideally be able to undertake a caseload with minimal supervision and assist on more complex matters.
