The Company you will be working with;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a 14-month maternity cover basis. The role is starting as soon as possible. Please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;

* Respond to quote and lead time requests.

* Receive the order (verify export compliance documentation, RFI, specifications, stock availability, check lead times with production if no stock), create the order, and confirm receipt.

* Analyze the order portfolio for each ASC to communicate deadlines (weekly)

* Collaborate on lead times.

* Handle returns/issue credit notes in case of disputes/non-conformities.

* Complete OTIF report

About You;

* Previous experience in a supply chain/logistics support admin role is preferred

* Strong administration skills are essential

* Highly organised and diligent

* Excellent communication skills as the role involves speaking to customers from various countries
