This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a specialist, nationally recognised practice area, whether you are newly qualified or bring several years of experience.The RoleYou will manage a varied and interesting caseload of inheritance and trust disputes, including:Challenges to the validity of willsClaims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975Proprietary estoppel claimsDisputed trusts and trustee mattersEquitable claims involving complex family and property arrangementsPrior experience in contentious probate is welcome but not essential.
