We're looking for a Fire Risk Assessor who is driven to make the built environment safer and is developing their expertise in their field.Role Responsibilities:Conduct fire safety risk assessments, fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys in line with the latest regulationsProduce clear and actionable reports that guide clients towards complianceEngage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations with clarity and confidenceStay ahead of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our advice is always the best availableSupport the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company's office or from client's sites as requiredRequired Qualifications:applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety (desirable)Registered with the IFSM, IFE or similar competency scheme (minimum intermediate level)Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments, fire door surveys and compartmentation surveysStrong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislationExceptional communication skills — the ability to engage and inform clients with easeWhat's in it for you?Salary: Pay to match your skills and experience.Opportunity to work across a wide range of properties and make a real differenceSupportive team environment with continuous professional developmentThere's a place for you at Mitie, join us today!We are an accredited Real Living Wage Employer.
