My client based in North London is looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator to help with the day-to-day facilities management operations across their sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing schedules
  • Tracking project progress
  • Liaising with contractors on a daily basis
  • Negotiating prices and ensuring cost efficiency
  • Maintaining the in-house database accurately and with great attention to detail
  • Facilitating excellent communication between teams, clients, and contractors

Candidate Requirements:
  • 23 years of relevant experience
  • This is a relatively junior position, but prior experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
