Customer Service Executive Birmingham City Centre £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum Hours: 12pm–8pm or 2pm–10pm (Mon–Fri) Key Duties: * Central customer support role handling inbound calls, queries, deliveries, returns, and order issues * Own customer cases end to end, working with warehouse and sales teams to resolve problems quickly * Pre and post‑sales activity * Make outbound calls to re‑engage lapsed customers, support key accounts, and promote products * Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, assist with reporting, and support daily admin * Vet and qualify new customer accounts; identify leads for Business Development * Maintain high call‑answer rates and ensure all enquiries are responded to Ideal Candidate: * Strong communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail * Confident in a fast‑paced B2B environment * Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable with outbound calling * Calm under pressure and committed to delivering excellent customer service
