Recruitment Programme Manager

As a Recruitment Program Manager within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) division, youll play a pivotal role in driving the success of contingent workforce programs for one of our valued clients based in Wales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, client service, and workforce strategy.

Youll be the central point of contact for all program-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, suppliers, and contingent workers. Your mission is to deliver a consistently high level of service, maintain operational excellence, and foster strong, trust-based relationships with all stakeholders.
