What We're Looking For

You'll be an accomplished hospitality professional with experience leading operational teams within a luxury or premium hotel environment.
We're particularly interested in candidates with a strong Rooms Division background who understand the importance of creating seamless guest journeys while delivering exceptional operational performance.
You'll bring:
Proven experience within luxury or high-end hotel operations
A strong Rooms Division background, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and wider hotel operations
Experience leading multiple departments and senior management teams
Outstanding leadership and people development skills
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
A passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction
The ability to inspire, influence, and build high-performing teams
A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking

Support the General Manager in the overall leadership of the hotel
Drive operational excellence across multiple departments
Lead, coach, and develop departmental management teams
Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
Support commercial performance and business objectives
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the operation
