Site Manager - 7 Days

Site Manager - Nottingham - 7 Days Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for short term cover in Kimberley, Nottingham, starting on the 7th of October until the 14th. Project Details: * Duration: 7 Days * Scope: fire remediation upgrades and repairs both internal and external * Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces Requirements: * Valid SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (desirable) * Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works Duties: * Overseeing day-to-day site operations * Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme * Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance * Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas * Reporting progress to the project team This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short term contract.
