Account Coordinator - Uxbridge
Location: Uxbridge
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Up to £29,500
About the role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Account Co‑ordinator to support the Account Manager and the wider team in delivering excellent service to our clients. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day account administration, co‑ordinate temporary workforce processes, maintain accurate records and act as a key point of contact for workers and clients to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
Key responsibilities:
Manage temporary workforce activities including sourcing, onboarding, inductions, starters and leavers, absence recording and return-to-work procedures.
Prepare and submit accurate payroll and timesheet data within required deadlines; liaise with payroll and HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
Allocate labour to meet client demand and skill requirements; monitor attendance and performance against KPIs and report on daily metrics.
Respond to worker and client queries regarding pay, holiday, attendance and contractual matters; escalate complex issues to the Account Manager.
Ensure right-to-work and other compliance checks are completed and documented prior to roster assignment and payroll processing.
Place adverts, screen applications, schedule interviews and inductions, and register new temporary staff in the ATS.
Provide out-of-hours cover on occasion for urgent site needs, such as no-shows and contingency planning.
Contribute to continuous improvement of account processes, record-keeping and the candidate experience.
Essential skills and experience:
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven customer-service approach with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Good organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning ATS, payroll and HR systems.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in recruitment, temporary workforce management or on-site account support is highly desirable.
