Conference & Banqueting Manager

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven, 'hands-on' Conference & Banqueting Manager to join the management team at this stunning luxury countryside Conference, Events & wedding venue.

As the Conference & Banqueting Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing a wide range of corporate and private functions and events at the venue, which is renowned for hosting weddings due to its stunning countryside location.

The primary responsibility of the Conference & Banqueting Manager will be to ensure that each guest experiences an exceptional level of service, consistently maintaining the highest standards.

The position of Conference & Banqueting Manager reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage for the venue, and it is very much a 'face of the business' role, and therefore requires excellent client and staff communication skills.

As a key member of the management team the Conference & Banqueting Manager will serve as the 'go-to' person for support, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
