Up to £600 per day shift
Our client, acting in a dual Developer/Contractor role is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out post-contract commercial duties on a major new build hotel development in excess of £100million in London.
This is fixed term contract, offering an immediate start or within the next four weeks for approximately two years. The role will be office based near site, in fully serviced offices with the provision of a PC, working alongside the clients Commercial team. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will report directly to the owner/director and stakeholders.
Its likely you will be degree qualified, BSc Quantity Surveyor with relevant project experience working for a contractor on major building projects in the UK.
Key Criteria:
BSc Quantity Surveyor
Cost Management Experience (Cost Control & Reporting)
A background in Building (not xwzovoh heavy civils, infrastructure or oil and gas)
London based or within daily proximity
Relevant UK project experience (Residential, Hospitals or Hotels)
