Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Position: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Type: Permanent Basic: up to £38,000 Mon-Fri Location: St Helens, Warrington, Runcorn, Merseyside We are recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance engineer based in the Warrington or St Helen's area covering the maintenance of circa 15 sites. The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, plant room HVAC, compliance etc. The role is a permanent position paying up to 38k basic Mon-Fri 40 hours per week Local work/travel Plenty of overtime (paid at x1.5 / x2.0) On-call TBC 25 days holiday plus stat. Van supplied Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties: Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to: Mechanical Plant room Pumps and valves Plumbing maintenance Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc. Small works installation Emergency repairs All ad- hoc maintenance tasks   Requirements: A qualified Mechanical Engineer or Commercial grade plumber Experience of plant room, AHU's, FCU's etc. Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience Excellent client facing skills Valid driving license Willingness to complete fabric and plumbing tasks Willing and ability to pass a DBS check If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
