An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a well-established corporate team in Manchester. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality transactional work, acting for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, investors, entrepreneurs, and larger corporate clients across multiple sectors.

The Role

You will advise on a variety of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Management Buyouts and Buyins
• Private Equity Transactions
• Joint Ventures
• Shareholder Agreements
• Corporate Restructuring
• General Corporate Advisory Work

Working closely with experienced partners, you will manage your own caseload while playing a key role in larger and more complex transactions.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Corporate Law
• Experience handling M&A and general corporate transactions
• Strong technical and commercial awareness
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress your career
