Mandarin Speaking Customs Brokerage Supervisor - What You'll be Doing:

• Oversee daily UK import and export customs clearance operations to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
• Lead and manage the customs team, allocate daily tasks effectively, and elevate overall team productivity and service quality.
• Review customs entry documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HMRC and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage customs inspections, holds, clearance exceptions, and resolve issues by communicating promptly with clients, HMRC, and related authorities.
• Guide the team in resolving complex customs issues and continuously optimise operational workflows and standard procedures.
• Maintain smooth communication and collaboration with clients, warehouse, transportation teams, and overseas agents to ensure seamless clearance.
• Monitor UK customs policies and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing company compliance.
