HGV Class 2 Driver Location: Rochester, Kent Pay Rate: £15.63 per hour – weekly pay PAYE via Pertemps Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am start – NO WEEKENDS Contract: Temp to Perm Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of a large and prestigious company based in Rochester, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Class 2 Driver seeking a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract. HGV Class 2 Driver Key Responsibilities Driving an HGV Class 2 (Category C) vehicle Completing deliveries safely and efficiently Carrying out daily vehicle checks Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately Providing excellent customer service Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and road transport regulations HGV Class 2 Driver Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card Digital Tachograph Card Good knowledge of driver regulations Reliable and professional approach to work This role would suit experienced HGV Drivers, Class 2 Drivers, LGV Drivers, Category C Drivers, and Multi-Drop Drivers looking for a new opportunity in the Rochester, Kent area.
