Litigation Solicitor (3-6 years PQE)

Our client, a highly regarded commercial law firm, is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its established team based in their Manchester offices. Key Responsibilities • Taking instructions and giving good commercial advice • Leading on lower value claims (subject to light touch supervision from senior lawyers in the team) • Working collaboratively with senior lawyers on the team in relation to high value claims, undertaking all steps in relation to the litigation • Undertaking JSMs and mediations • Writing articles to create social media content • Undertaking BD (suitable for relevant PQE) Key Skills and Experience • Qualified solicitor with between 3 and 6 years’ PQE strong commercial litigation experience • Strong technical knowledge • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking Personal Qualities • Proactive and takes ownership of matters • Committed to delivering excellent client service • Willingness to learn and contribute to team success • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive approach to business development • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.
