We’re Hiring: Mobile Engineer - Air Conditioning / Building Services

Job Description Foot Mobile A/C Engineer \n City of London / West End \n £45,000 per annum \n \n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile A/C Engineer to join our client on a brand-new commercial contract covering some of London's most prestigious buildings across the City of London and West End.\n \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced A/C Engineer looking to join a growing building services organisation, offering excellent career development, progression and the opportunity to gain valuable experience working across a diverse commercial portfolio.\n \n As a Foot Mobile A/C Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding, servicing and repairs across a range of commercial air conditioning systems. You will also attend emergency breakdowns, complete minor projects and installations, maintain site records and liaise with subcontractors where required.\n \n You will report directly to the Contract Manager and play an important role in maintaining high standards across the contract.\n Duties: \n \n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC and air conditioning equipment. \n Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to commercial A/C systems. \n Complete A/C works including minor projects, refurbishments and installations. \n \n Single & Multi-Split systems \n VRV / VRF systems \n VAV systems \n Close Control & CRAC units \n DX units \n \n Carry out repairs and maintenance involving compressors, condensers and associated components. \n Complete refrigerant recovery, evacuation, re-gassing and charging of systems. \n Carry out brazing and soldering as required. \n Liaise with subcontractors and specialist contractors where required. \n Report any significant issues or recommendations to the Contract Manager. \n Requirements: \n \n F-Gas Category 1 qualification - Essential. \n Minimum 3 years' experience within commercial air conditioning service and maintenance. \n Extensive experience working on commercial A/C systems. \n Good knowledge of refrigerant systems, re-gassing, brazing and associated repairs. \n Previous experience working across multiple commercial sites. \n Full UK driving licence would be advantageous. \n Salary & Package: \n \n £45,000 per annum \n Travel provided \n Private healthcare \n Annual pay reviews \n Performance-related bonuses \n Overtime available \n Excellent internal progression opportunities \n Opportunity to work on a brand-new commercial contract \n Valuable experience across prestigious City of London and West End sites \n If you're an experienced Foot Mobile A/C Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a growing building services company, offering excellent benefits, progression and long-term career prospects, apply today!\
