We have been trading for 11 years, we are GLAA licenced,members of REC & ALP and are SafeRec+ and FCSA Recruitment Partners. All payroll is inhouse paye.
We are growing our business and we have Senior Recruitment Consultant opportunities to join our existing team in our Eastern Hub, based on Bridge Street in the Heart of Spalding, Lincolnshire , PE11. This office was established in 2018, has an existing client and worker base, and is billing weekly.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you are expected to work with our existing team, leading new and lapsed client sales and service in a full 360 role.
We do Driving, Industrial, and GLAA work , so we are only looking for experienced 360 Driving or Industrial Recruitment Consultants.If you havent done this before, or don't know what this role involves, please do not apply. We like you to follow a client through from start to finish so 360 sales and service experience is a requirement .
We pay a good basic salary and commission as long as you are happy to do the work. We don't micro manage but you are expected to bill.
Our work hours are flexible based around 9 -5 or 8-4 with Friday early finish and again as long as you are billing we are reasonable. Average working hours across our business are 35 hours a week.

We promote from within 1st and want you to be happy, so the tools for the job and commission are here and don't move.
Commission is paid monthly and we offer plan bonus and new client bonuses, we also have occasional "extra" bonuses and competitions based on growth.
Basic salary is based on your experience, between £30,000 and £35,000 starting salary based on your recent experience in the role, reviewed monthly based on performance. Genuine average OTE is £47,000+.
