About the role
Carpenters Group is seeking a paralegal/legal advisor to support MOJ Part 8/Part 7 RTA claims, with motorbike-related cases. The role involves assisting in liability assessments, drafting schedules of special damages, and progressing cases with a practical, commercial approach to settlements.
The post holder will liaise with medical agencies, experts and insurers to ensure efficiency and adherence to CPR and relevant case law. Hybrid working arrangements are available across the UK.
