Expect exposure to high quality, varied corporate work such as:Acquisitions and disposalsManagement buyouts and founder exitsShareholders' agreements and joint venturesEarly stage and private equity investmentsGroup reorganisations and governance mattersPartnership agreements and general company law advisory workYou'll take ownership of your own matters appropriate to your level, support senior lawyers on more complex transactions, and play an active role in the team's ongoing growth. As the department continues to expand, there is genuine scope to shape your career, develop specialist interests and contribute to the team's strategic direction.You'll also be involved in business development to inlcude attending events, building relationships and helping to generate new opportunities for the team.Candidate RequirementsThe firm is looking for someone who brings both technical ability and the right mindset.
