Secondary Teaching Assistant Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire Pay: £90 - £110 per day  Contract: Full-time and Part-time Opportunities Available Agency: Protocol Education Secondary Teaching Assistant – Huddersfield Protocol Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in Huddersfield. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students. Assist pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and record student progress where required. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting student achievement. Have a proactive and positive approach to learning support. Hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
