• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
• Manage room bookings via phone, email, and online systems
• Process cancellations, amendments, and group bookings accurately...
