About the role
A prestigious international bank has an opportunity for an experienced individual to manage the London office’s regulatory horizon scanning and change process, ensuring relevant regulatory developments are identified, assessed, communicated, and implemented.
Your duties will include:
* Monitoring developments from the FCA, PRA, Bank of England, Treasury, and other relevant regulatory bodies
* Producing regulatory impact assessments
* Overseeing the implementation of regulatory change
* Providing regulatory horizon scanning updates to Compliance Committee
* Recommending enhancements to policies/procedures/controls arising from regulatory developments
* Maintaining regulatory horizon scanning log and providing regulator updates
Your experience must include:
* Strong proven relevant experience in regulatory horizon scanning and PRA/FCA regulatory change gained within banking
* Ability to translate regulatory developments into practical actions
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Degree educated
* Strong IT skills
This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remotely
