Sales Manager (Hotel industry experience)

Hotel Sales Manager Our client is currently seeking a to Hotel Sales Manager lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth through proactive business development. The Sales Manager will have a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets across rooms, groups, meetings, and events. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market prospecting. Build and maintain strong client relationships, securing repeat business and managing the sales pipeline through CRM systems. Conduct site inspections, client presentations, contract negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted promotions and campaigns that support sales initiatives. Analyse sales performance, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and present reports to hotel leadership.
