We are seeking a proactive and hardworking Outdoor Estate Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and upkeep of exterior areas to the highest standards, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for guests and residents alike. The Role As an Outdoor Estate Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of all outdoor spaces across the estate. Working independently and as part of a wider team, you will ensure all external areas remain immaculate, safe, and guest-ready at all times. Key Responsibilities Monitor all outdoor areas on the estate, managing cleanliness and aesthetics, and addressing any issues to maintain highest standards · To be vigilant onsite to any ad hoc issues for example any broken glass, litter etc and clear away accordingly · Make sure any exterior of buildings are kept clean and well maintained · Make sure that outdoor furniture is covered at night, and un-covered again in the mornings if weather appropriate. Also manage recovering throughout the day in the event of rain · Keep patios and seating areas clean · Ensure entrances are always presentable · Regularly clean the interior roofs of children's entertainment marquee to keep clear of bugs and debris · Maintain and keep clean any pathways, patios and other outside areas using jetwash if appropriate · Report all safety and maintenance issues to the relevant department - making sure they are rectified in an acceptable amount of time. · Clean outdoor rubbish areas to prevent odours · Any other reasonable general upkeep of exterior of properties and grounds as requiredWhat We're Looking For We are seeking a professional with: Experience in outdoor cleaning of patios, furniture etc. · Experience working in private household cleaning or luxury hospitality. · Knowledge of health and safety regulations such as COSHH · Experience of using cleaning equipment and machinery. · This role could be physically demanding and is mainly working outside. · Must be able to work without constant supervision.What We Offer ✔️ A professional and supportive working environment. ✔️ Opportunities for training and development. ✔️ Competitive salary and benefits package.
