Construction Administrator / Document Controller

Edge Careers are seeking a Construction Administrator, this is permanent position and the role would be located out of their head office (not a site based role). Competitive Salary up to £36,000, plus package, dependant on experience. Are you a Construction Administrator or Document Controller that’s looking for a new challenging role, supporting the effective running of multiple sites, compliance, managing the timely submission of documentation and ensuring detailed accuracy. Key Responsibilities: * Providing day to day technical assistance and guidance to the Engineering and Technical Team. * Supporting the Head Of Engineering/Technical and it’s Managers * Liaising with Site Land Surveyors / Site Engineers * Ontime submission of documents * Reviewing and filing away drawings * Updating the drawing register I’m looking to speak with candidates that have experience working within the Construction Sector, that understand the environment, the pace, who have good communication skills and a methodical/detailed approach. It would be beneficial to have worked as a Construction Administrator, Document Controller, Commercial Administrator or construction PA/Receptionist for this position. Previous experience coordinating with site teams and contractors. Supporting live projects with full document control and confident using document management systems. If you have experience using ‘Causeway Software’ this would also be beneficial.
