Are you a Real Estate Development lawyer looking for the right home to take your career to the next level?

Our client is a well-established and well-liked West Midlands law firm, now looking to appoint an ambitious Real Estate Development Lawyer at Principal Associate or Legal Director level. With strong development experience, you'll be able to play a key role in the continued growth of the team which is busy and doing very well.

The Development team is led by a renowned Tier 1 ranked partner who is a superb mentor and leader. The team advises on complex residential and commercial development matters, with a number of further exciting projects in the pipeline.

You'll work closely with the firm's key clients including landowners, developers, funders and end-users, managing a range of transactions including high-value and complex development projects, with the support of an experienced and collaborative wider Real Estate team.
