Scheduler – Facilities Management – £28,000 We are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler to join an established Facilities Management company, working from their Manchester office and coordinating engineers and works across their regional offices, including Belfast. Location: Manchester – Office Based Salary: £28,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Core business hours Role Overview: Coordinate PPM and reactive works across multiple regions Schedule engineers and subcontractors based on location, skillset and availability Manage and maintain 52-week PPM schedules Coordinate works across regional offices, including Belfast Monitor engineer workloads, utilisation and travel time Work closely with the Helpdesk and Technical Managers Adjust schedules to accommodate urgent and reactive works Ensure jobs are completed within SLA and KPI requirements Provide engineers with job packs, RAMS and relevant documentation Monitor compliance and flag any scheduling risks Requirements: Previous experience in scheduling, workforce planning or resource coordination Facilities Management experience preferred Experience using CAFM systems, ideally Joblogic Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of FM compliance requirements is advantageous This is a great opportunity for an experienced Scheduler looking for a long-term position with a growing FM company and the opportunity to manage scheduling across multiple regions.
