Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and profitability. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Additional European language skills are advantageous. Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn and develop.   EU Road Freight Forwarder - Responsibilities    Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers and carriers. Coordinate daily transport operations and shipment execution. Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and key stakeholders.
