We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our team in delivering high-impact campaigns and events. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience under your belt, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Location: Bristol

Type: Part-time (21 hours per week), fixed-term

Salary range: £14,400 - £16,800 (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role across marketing and sales including:

  • Supporting and executing marketing campaigns
  • Marketing support for client and Brightelm events
  • Monitoring and responding to inbound leads
  • Researching and connecting with new prospects
  • Using tools like CRMs, email marketing platforms & social media
  • Updating website content and managing event inboxes
  • Tracking performance and reporting on campaign success
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding events

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience or interest in marketing, sales, or customer service
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people
  • Is comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM systems
  • Has a proactive, can-do attitude and enjoys problem-solving
  • Can work independently xkybehq while contributing to a team
  • Has used event marketing software such as Mailchimp
