This is a busy and highly involved role needing experHead of Operations - West EndHeading up the Administrative function of the London office and overseeing the international offices (7)  overseeing the efficient and streamlined administrative functions.  80 in the London Office.  This is a busy and highly involved role needing expertise and experience to manage the level expected.Leading the Executive Assistant Team (5-7) and assisting to iron out any issues as they arrive.  Able to lead by example and suggest processes and procedures if needed.Assessing and implementing up to date processes and procedures throughout the office and liaising with the legal team, finance team, reporting into the COO.Your background will be private equity or a similar professional service or a fast paced orchestra leader of a large Family Office co-ordinating the work flow and procedures and leading an EA team.You will have excellent corporate intelligence a top systems thinker and process builder and problem solver.
