Operations Manager

Job Title: OperationsManagerLocation: Norfolk Salary: up to £55,000 Bonus Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am-4.30pm Contract: Permanent, Full time We’re working with a well-established industrial business to recruit an Operations Manager to support site leadership and drive continuous improvement across the business. This is a key position with responsibility for operational performance. The role is heavily focused on driving change, improving efficiencies, and developing collaboration between teams.
