- MOE ward rounds in the Medical Assessment Unit and in the specialist MOE admissions unit.
- Downstream ward multidisciplinary team meetings / ward rounds.
- Service development projects aimed at improving patient care and modernising service delivery.
This is an ideal progression opportunity for a rotational pharmacist, or a specialist pharmacist looking to provide holistic care to frail older adults.
About You
- A Master of Pharmacy Degree (or equivalent) and General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registration.
- Completion of or have equivalent competence mapped to the RPS post-registration foundation pharmacist curriculum.
- A commitment to improving patient care through pro-active, evidence-based pharmaceutical services.
