Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Description We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join a growing Talent & HR team in the Staines area. 

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment process, helping to keep hiring activity well-coordinated, accurate and candidate-focused from vacancy approval through to onboarding.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinating interviews, room bookings, virtual meeting links and candidate communications
Supporting the creation, posting and administration of job adverts and candidate responses
Maintaining accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking updates and hiring documentation
Liaising with hiring managers, HR colleagues, candidates and external agencies to arrange recruitment activity
Preparing recruitment reports, hiring updates and onboarding information when required
Providing a professional, inclusive and responsive experience for candidates throughout the processWe’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in administration, HR support, recruitment coordination or a similar support role
Is highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Communicates clearly and professionally with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders
Takes pride in delivering accurate administration and a positive candidate experience
Is confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working with recruitment or HR systemsJoin a collaborative team where your organisation, attention to detail and administrative support will help recruitment run smoothly across the organisation.

This is a full-time role with the option to work a hybrid schedule after an initial 3 - 6 month period, based at the head office in Staines-upon-Thames.

This role would suit someone who enjoys supporting people, keeping processes on track and making sure every detail is handled professionally.
