Responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end operational delivery of international conferences across the US, Europe, Asia and Africa
- Managing venues, suppliers, budgets, event technology and all onsite logistics to ensure seamless event delivery
- Building strong relationships with sponsors, delegates and internal stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the attendee experience while continually improving operational processes
Requirements include:
- 3–5 years' experience delivering B2B conferences or international events
- Experience managing conferences with 400+ attendees and multiple event components
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and budgets simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to travel internationally
