Interim Head of Quality & Commissioning

Walsall | Hybrid (12 Days On Site)
6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Quality & Commissioning to lead the redesign and delivery of its Adult Social Care quality assurance function in the Walsall area.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen governance and quality oversight arrangements
• Establish a proactive quality presence across the provider market
• Design and implement a refreshed quality assurance framework
• Improve visibility and management of provider risk and safeguarding escalation
• Lead recruitment, capability development and cultural change within the team

You will bring:

• Extensive Adult Social Care quality assurance experience
• Strong provider oversight and quality framework expertise
• Proven transformation and service redesign experience
• The ability to operate strategically and operationally at pace
